Jaycee Dugard, who is now 29,finally recovers freedom and reunites with her family after spending 18 years in her abductor’s captivity. Nobody, including her parents, believe that she is still alive. Jaycee tells People magazine, “I’m so happy to be back. Nothing is more important than the unconditional love and support I have from them [her family]”.

Dugard was only 11 when she disappeared surprisingly outside her South Lake Tahoe home on June 10, 1991.Phillip Garrido and his wife are accused of holding Dugard in a makeshift camp in their backyard after kidnapping and sexually assaulting her.

As a poor victim and sex slave of evil Garrido, Dugard eventually had two of children, Angel, 15 and Starlit, 11. Her two daughters are made regard Miss Dugard as their elder sister, who actually is their mother. They are believed to have thought that the Garridos are their parents. The Garrido’s have pleaded not guilty at present.

    On October 14, 2009, the first new photo of Jaycee Lee Dugard appeared on the cover of People magazine. And People magazine was granted an exclusive interview, which will be printed out as a 10-page long story. Dugard is reported to unveil the information to the public for the reason that she likes to “share her joy with the world” and show how well she is doing.

 A spokeswoman for the family revealed currently the family are close, comfortable and happy, and Dugard has bonded with her younger sister Shana, who was just a baby when Dugard was kidnapped. The magazine said Dugard is thinking about collaborating on a book about her ordeal.
